Slow down. Reconnect. Experience a unique journey of grounding, nourishment and creating with nature.
We invite you to experience our immersive and rejuvenating wellness retreat days, encouraging our guests to be nourished in mind, body and soul. We invite you to slow down, be present with the beauty of nature, and unfurl with supportive and gentle practices, set in amongst the magical flower beds of Lupton Farm.
Our summer retreat days offer a combination of flower crafting, yoga, meditation, fireside connection, and a wholesome communal feast in a peaceful rustic setting. We invite guests to step away from the noise of everyday life, and loose track of time in a day designed to restore and inspire.

Hosted on our stunning working flower farm in Devon, this retreat offers a gentle invitation to reconnect with ourselves through movement, mindfulness, creativity, nourishing food, and the grounding beauty of nature.

Lupton Flower Farm

Lupton Flower Farm wellness retreats are hosted by Jodie who runs the Flower Farm, in collaboration with three holistic facilitators (who just happen to be some of our oldest and closest friends) who will offer you sessions in movement, meditation, connection and reflection around the fire. Our dynamics of love, friendship and Jodie’s growing up on the farm, allows us to offer a truly unique experience at our retreats, extending our unified vision and mutual appreciation for each other, and the land itself, to our retreat guests in an authentic and creative way.

Together, we aim to create a welcoming space where guests can feel supported, inspired, and at ease throughout their retreat experience.

Amy

Amy is an integrative counsellor based in Devon. She has completed circle facilitation training with Circlewise and has experience of holding space for groups of all ages. The circles she offers aim to promote wellbeing, nature-inspired ways of relating and closer connection to others and ourselves. Sitting in circle allows us to speak and listen from the heart, offering a space to share stories, feelings and perspectives.

Jodie

Inspired by a lifelong love of growing flowers, Jodie, along with her family, set up Lupton Flower Farm in 2025.  At the heart of the farm is the restoration of a historic walled garden, carefully being brought back to life as a thriving space for sustainable flower growing, wildlife and floral creativity.  Having studied professional floristry at The Bath Flower School, Jodie guides seasonal floristry workshops inspired by the rhythms of nature.  The workshops are designed to help people slow down, connect with nature and experience the joy of flowers, through thoughtful creative floristry with a deep commitment to sustainability, heritage and wellbeing.

Maddy

Our intrepid yoga instructor, Maddy, has focused his life on building a wealth of wisdom and experience as a gardener, artist, rock climbing instructor, and of course as a guide in the practice of yoga.  Training in both Rishikesh in India, and Oaxaca in Mexico, Maddy teaches embodied flow, and traditional Hatha yoga, supporting all levels of experience in his restorative classes.

Sara

Dedicated to the encouragement of meditation practices for both general wellbeing and spiritual development, our meditation guide, Sara, offers her lived experience and formal training, in our connection with the unseen aspects of the human experience. Teaming this with a career in fashion retail and design, Sara shares a bridge between the exploration of our inner worlds, and the tangible dynamics we experience in our lives. As a Soul Realignment™ practitioner, Sara encourages reconnection with our highest self expression, via nature as our compass and guide.

What you can expect to experience

We offer a chance to allow ease, balance and presence for your body and mind, while creating space for immersive time in nature, and seasonal creative co-creation and rejuvenation for the soul.

Expect a relaxed and supportive and vibrant environment where there is no pressure to perform, only an opportunity to move gently, rest, create, and reconnect to yourselves and the gentle power of nature. Every detail is designed to immerse our guests, in a natural space where true presence can be experienced.

Who this retreat is for

Our offering is perfect for anyone seeking a chance to share a meaningful, varied and rejuvenating experience, with likeminded souls, in a gorgeous setting amongst the flowers. For those craving rest and reconnection, or those in need of being held and nourished, our retreat day will allow guests to leave the noise and overwhelm of their busy lives at the gate, offering a sanctuary and a remembering of how it feels to slow down and take time to relax, be held, and co-create with nature.

A day of connecting to ourselves and the beauty of nature

We warmly invite you to spend a day with us, immersed in the abundance of our botanical beauties, serving you nourishing food, and offering mindful practices with gentle connection to the land, ourselves and one another.

Whether you come seeking rest, clarity, creativity, or simply a day to breathe more deeply, this retreat is a space to soften, reset, and reconnect. Our guests leave feeling inspired, lighter, grounded, and restored.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and immersive, and there is no need for experience in any areas of the retreat offering.
